Point for reflection:
Despite all of that, do you find it’s worth the cost? Is the amount of time and energy you spend being selective about food, exercising, or purging after eating, worth it in the long run? What percentage of your mental energy goes into thinking about weight, body image and eating?
Do you think that’s too much?
