I ALWAYS EAT 3 BALANCED MEALS PER DAY

Good. It’s recommended to eat 3 balanced meals a day (not to mention 3 snacks). However, what you eat is not the only thing that influences the risk of binge eating, it’s also what you THINK about eating that counts. Studies show that people who frequently THINK about dieting or eating less (whom we call cognitive restrictors) are also prone to binge eating.

So, it’s paradoxical. Often, you reduce binge eating by reducing thoughts about the need to eat less.
