Full is not fat

After a while, many eating disorder symptoms (restricting, purging, binging, laxative abuse, etc.) result in a general slowing of the digestive tract. As a result, you may feel bloated or have other uncomfortable digestive sensations after eating even small amounts of food. Even if it might be uncomfortable, feeling full or bloated doesn’t automatically mean that you have eaten too much.

Actually, by eating more regularly, you will slowly become more able to listen to your hunger cues, and soon your digestive tract will become healthier, and you will be able to eat without getting that uncomfortable feeling of bloating.
